Mekad Limited is an independent firm providing accounting, taxation, outsourcing and business consultancy services. Its client base is both Jersey based and international. It continues to grow its affiliation with professional firms in other Onshore and Offshore Finance Centres so as to continue to be able to provide a “one-stop shop” solution to its local and international entrepreneurial and corporate client base. The team consists of qualified accountants with 30 years of varied finance and tax experience. The Directors have also held senior management positions in international accountancy firms and trust companies.
In addition to providing the back office outsourcing and local tax advice and compliance services, Mekad Limited has been engaged to assist with multi-jurisdictions international tax management projects, employment benefit tax advice, cross-border transactions and tax advice on in-bound projects.
