Mekad Limited is an independent firm that was created by the founder directors Mehul and Kamini Kotedia as an alternative to large tier accounting firms, offering a more hands on and personal approach to its clients. Mekad was established in 2007 and our focus is to work with our clients and to deliver a service that allows them to concentrate on matters that are important to them, whether these be unlocking their core business value or achieving their personal objectives. Our goals are to tailor the services supplied to fit in with our client requirements these may range from simple tax advisory and compliance services to a full accounts outsourcing arrangement or any other combination.
Mekad Limited continues to provide a “one-stop shop” solution to its local and international entrepreneurial and corporate client base. The company continues to go from strength to strength with the opening of its Guernsey office in 2014.
The Directors have also held senior management positions in international accountancy firms and trust companies. In addition to providing the back office outsourcing and local tax advice and compliance services, Mekad Limited has been engaged to assist with multi-jurisdictions international tax management projects, employment benefit tax advice, cross-border transactions and tax advice on in-bound projects.
